The “B Corporation Certification” is a trademark that is licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organization, to companies that, like ours, have successfully passed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore satisfy the requirements requested by B Lab in terms of social and environmental performance, responsibility and transparency.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body according to Regulation (EU) No. 765/2008 or a national, European or international standardization body according to Regulation (EU) No. 1025/2012. The BIA criteria are distinct and autonomous from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO standards or other standardization bodies and are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
